Third, national conferences, training programs and other activities will be strictly controlled in Beijing. If it is indeed necessary to hold such events, whoever hosts and approves the holding of the event should earnestly fulfill their main responsibility for COVID-19 prevention and control, draw up special plans for COVID-19 response, strictly prevent people posing infection risks from attending the events, and carry out closed-loop management, restricting attendees from going out during the event. Hotels and restaurants accommodating such events must strictly implement measures like Health Kit registration and body temperature checks, and should not receive anyone posing COVID-19 infection risks.
The above measures will take effect at 00:00 November 17th, 2021, and are subject to further adjustments as the epidemic situation evolves, which shall be released in due time.
