“小小孩”

即0-3岁的婴幼儿。近年来，本市围绕加强“小小孩”服务保障，实施了托育服务体系建设三年行动计划，通过多种补贴降低普惠性托育服务价格，增加托位供给，并加强儿童友好医院建设，为“小小孩”幸福童年营造良好成长环境。

The Youngest Children
