即送数字服务、送政策服务、送热线服务，围绕企业全生命周期所需，为企业提供“7*24小时”一体化服务，打造办事服务、政策获取、诉求解决的惠企服务闭环。

This refers to providing 24/7 integrated government services to enterprises throughout their entire life cycle. The “three services” are digital services, policy updates and consultations, and hotline support. This initiative aims to streamline administrative procedures, provide businesses with easy access to policy information, and swiftly respond to their needs, ultimately establishing a closed-loop business-centric service system.
