“0.1微克”行动

是本市大气污染防治“1微克”行动的延续和深化。面对减排空间收窄、改善难度加大、下降速率趋缓、短期易波动反复的新形势，在“1微克”行动的基础上，更加科学、精准、精细地开展污染治理，不放过每0.1微克的细颗粒物浓度下降幅度，推动空气质量进一步改善。

“0.1 Microgram” Initiative

This is an initiative that builds upon Beijing’s earlier “One Microgram” campaign. It reflects the city’s ongoing commitment to air pollution control in the face of new challenges, such as diminishing room for additional emission reductions, increasing difficulty in making further improvements, slower declines in pollutant levels, and recurring short-term fluctuations. By emphasizing the importance of reducing fine particulate matter concentration by every 0.1 microgram, this initiative represents a more science-based, targeted, and meticulous approach to achieving air quality improvements.
