回天行动

昌平区的回龙观和天通苑地区，作为北京城市化进程中形成的超大型居住区，人口高度集聚、城市功能存在短板。2018年以来，本市连续实施两轮回天行动计划，从交通治理、公共服务提升、产业活力打造等多方面着手，努力提升回天地区人居环境水平。

Hui-Tian Initiative

This is an initiative to improve the urban functions of the Huilongguan and Tiantongyuan areas in Changping District, two super-big and densely-populated residential areas that came as a product of the city’s urbanization efforts. Since 2018, Beijing has launched two phases of the Hui-Tian Initiative to improve livability through measures such as upgrading transportation, enhancing public services, and boosting local industries.
