Service centers for people with disabilities

是指各区的街道、乡镇为满足残疾人特殊需求，依托本地区内公共活动（服务）中心建立的综合性活动和服务载体，为各类残疾人提供就业、康复、日间照料、文化娱乐、体育健身等公益性服务。

These refer to comprehensive service centers established by the sub-district (township) level authorities to cater to the unique needs of individuals with disabilities. These centers expand upon existing local public activity (service) centers, offering a full range of public welfare services and programs for people with disabilities, including employment support, rehabilitation, daytime care, cultural and recreational activities, as well as fitness and sports programs.
