义务教育学校“手拉手”

Paired school partnership program for compulsory education schools (or One-to-One School Partnership Program for compulsory education) 

2023年10月，市教委印发《北京市统筹主城区与乡镇义务教育学校“手拉手”结对帮扶工作方案》，方案覆盖全市所有乡镇义务教育学校，统筹365对义务教育学校开展“手拉手”结对活动。主要内容包括探索建立结对学校间学生学伴关系，开展学生交流访问和联合培养，促进更多优质教育资源在城乡学校间有序流动，扎实推进干部教师的交流轮岗、跟岗学习培训，提升教师教书育人能力和教育教学水平。

This refers to a program announced by the Beijing Municipal Education Commission, as it released the Work Plan on Paired Partnerships Between Compulsory Education Schools in Main Urban Districts and Rural Townships in October 2023. This program includes all the compulsory education schools across the city's townships, coordinating partnerships between 365 pairs of schools. Activities in the plan include fostering student peer partnerships in the matched schools and organizing exchange visits and collaborative educational programs for students, thus facilitating a steady flow of high caliber educational resources between urban and rural schools.
