Jingce platform

即全市一体化政策服务平台，在全市智慧城市建设总体框架下，以市政府门户网站和“京通”“京办”“京智”为应用前端，设计开发政策测算、运维、推送、兑现、评估等5个核心功能，为企业群众提供政策服务。

This refers to a citywide integrated policy service platform, developed as part of Beijing’s overarching smart city framework. It incorporates five core functionalities: policy simulation, updating, push notifications, implementation, and performance assessment. The platform interacts with users through the municipal government’s portal website along with the Jingtong, Jingban, and Jingzhi mobile platforms, with the goal to make policy services more accessible to businesses and the general public.
