2019年以来，围绕首都经济社会发展关键领域和薄弱环节，每年谋划实施“3个100”市重点工程，包括100个基础设施项目、100个民生改善项目、100个科技创新及高精尖产业项目。

Each year since 2019, Beijing implements 300 key municipal projects to drive progress in key areas and address weak links in the city's social and economic development. These include 100 infrastructure projects, 100 projects on improving people's lives, and 100 projects in innovation and high-end, precision, and cutting-edge industries.
