即中关村科学城、怀柔科学城、未来科学城和创新型产业集群示范区，是本市建设国际科技创新中心的主平台。

They refer to Zhongguancun Science City, Huairou Science City, Beijing Future Science Park and the Demonstration Area for Innovation-based Industrial Clusters. They serve as pivotal platforms for building Beijing into an international innovation center.
