Motorcycles allowed to travel on ordinary toll roads

How is the free passage time determined?

On ordinary toll roads, it is determined on the time when the vehicle passes through the toll lane at the toll station.

On highways, it is determined on the time when the vehicle leaves the toll lane at the toll station.
