Recently, a 10-member delegation led by Dmitry Mironchik, Director of the Foreign Policy Department of the Administration of the President of Belarus, visited the Fengtai District Government Service Center and Shougang Park in Shijingshan District, where they explored advanced practices in government services and urban renewal.

At the Fengtai District Government Service Center, the delegation visited functional areas including the “Mini Administration” smart service terminals, the 24-hour self-service hall, the “Xianfeng Port”, the Party-Mass Service Center, the Fengtai Library, the marriage registration area, the International Talent Harbor, and the smart government data center. They listened attentively to staff briefings on specialized services such as one-stop processing, digital government services, and services for foreign talents, gaining an in-depth understanding of Fengtai District’s measures and achievements in improving the efficiency of government services, integrating Party building with community-level governance, and developing a smart government service system. The delegation said that they are more than ready to draw on Fengtai District’s practices in grassroots governance and digital public services, and promote practical cooperation between the two sides in relevant fields.

At Shougang Park, the delegation gained a deeper understanding of Shijingshan District’s achievements in the transformation of industrial heritage, the sustainable use of Winter Olympic legacy, urban renewal, and industrial transformation and development. They spoke highly of the unique charm of the old industrial base’s transformation and renewal.
