On the afternoon of June 18, the Beijing-Moscow Girls’ Basketball Friendship Match was held at the Tsinghua University High School, as part of the “Moscow Day” series of events.

It was a match between the Moscow Basketball School and Tsinghua University High School. Prior to the start, the two teams bonded through a warm-up towel-grabbing game. Once the match began, the players showed fearless determination and gave their all, showcasing exceptional skills and a positive attitude. The lead changed hands frequently, creating an intense and thrilling atmosphere that kept the spectators cheering and applauding.

Despite the Moscow Basketball School’s narrow defeat by seven points, the players from the two teams formed deep bonds through this exchange, demonstrating that friendship knows no bounds. After the match, the Moscow side warmly invited the girls’ basketball team of Tsinghua University High School to visit Moscow, to continue the story of youth and friendship between the two teams.

On that day, the Moscow players also visited the campus and history museum of Tsinghua University High School and observed students doing the recess exercises. Through the tour, the girls gained a deeper understanding of the school’s history, and experienced firsthand the daily studies and activities of its students.
