After the outbreak of COVID-19 in China, Tokyo, Seoul, Cologne and other sister cities provided Beijing with assistance in kind and in other forms. They expressed respect for frontline medical staff and regards to Beijing's citizens in various ways. As the COVID-19 is raging across the world, Beijing is returning the favor by donating much-needed supplies to its sister cities and actively sharing its experience in fighting COVID-19.
