LPRP Delegation Visits Shichahai
Recently, a seven-member delegation led by Thongsavanh Phomvihane, Chairman of the Committee for External Relations of the Central Committee of Lao People’s Revolutionary Party (LPRP), visited the Shichahai Subdistrict Huihai Hongfan Party and Public Service Center.
They gained a deeper understanding of primary-level party building and public services in Shichahai, and toured exhibitions on the Grand Canal culture, Shichahai’s revolutionary history and culture, and intangible cultural heritage crafts.
According to the delegation, Shichahai, as the northern terminus of the Grand Canal, boasts a long history and profound culture. It is a harmonious and livable place with various convenient and heartwarming services, as well as vibrant cultural and recreational activities. All of these have left a deep impression on the delegation. They looked forward to further exchanges and mutual learning in areas such as public service and urban governance.
Fengtai District:
A Delegation of the People’s Party of Spain Visits Fengtai
On November 27, a delegation of the People’s Party of Spain led by Ana Palacio conducted a field visit to Fengtai District. They learned about the progress of building socialist new countrysides under the leadership of the Party and exchanged best practices in areas such as primary-level governance, cultural inheritance, and sci-tech innovation.
At the Beijing Flower Trading Center, large LED screens displayed real-time information on prices, trading volumes and trends, capturing the delegation’s attention. The members also had the opportunity to experience flower arranging firsthand, noting that this art form reflects love and reverence for nature in Chinese culture in a heartwarming way.
At the Village History Museum of Caoqiao Village, Yuquanying Street, the delegation gained detailed insights into the village’s history and governance practices. Ana Palacio stated, “Through this visit, we have not only witnessed China’s innovative practices in primary-level governance, but also the development dynamics of Fengtai District. We hope that in the future, we can deepen exchanges and learn from each other’s advanced experiences.”

A Delegation of the Democratic Party of Mongolia Visits Beijing E-Town
Recently, a delegation of the Democratic Party of Mongolia visited two companies in the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area (BDA), also known as Beijing E-Town: LLVISION and Beijing Shiyuan Innovation Technology Co., Ltd.
At LLVISION, the delegation was briefed on the company’s overview and tried various AR and MR devices. They experienced features such as multilingual simultaneous interpretation, gesture recognition for virtual and physical interaction, and virtual 3D modeling sandboxes. At Beijing Shiyuan Innovation Technology Co., Ltd., the delegation learned about the company’s development and large model R&D, and explored digital education tools and products from several well-known brands in the sector.
Gaining valuable insights into cutting-edge developments in related fields, the delegation members expressed their readiness to promote further exchanges and cooperation.
