On August 27, a dialogue titled “Sino-Africa Cooperation on Green and Low-Carbon Development: EVs and New Initiatives” was held at the New Actuation Fintech Center in Xicheng District. The event brought together over a hundred participants, including government officials, business leaders, and industry experts from both China and Africa.

The event is part of the “FOCAC: China-Africa Dialogue on Environment and Climate Change” series. As a supporting event of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) focusing on “EVs and New Initiatives”, it features an in-depth exploration of efforts to combat climate change, explores potential and new mechanisms for green and low-carbon cooperation between China and Africa, and examines new opportunities and prospects for new energy vehicle collaboration.

Xicheng District People’s Government of Beijing Municipality is the supporting agency for this event. A presentation was given during the event, highlighting the district’s resource advantages, policies for high-quality development, and the achievements of the Jinke New Area.
