The largest single complex in Beijing boasts about 200,000㎡ net exhibition area

The Phase II project of the NCIEC is located in the 23rd Block of Shunyi New Town and the north side of the Phase I project, which will be built into a convention and exhibition complex with reasonable spatial planning, complete infrastructures, and coordinated industrial development.

Construction scale: The land area is about 637,400㎡, and the above-ground building area is about 438,500㎡.

Construction items: Exhibition Venue, Convention Center, supporting facilities, etc.

Among them, the Exhibition Venue is the largest single building in Beijing, with a total of nine exhibition pavilions and a net exhibition area of about 200,000㎡, equivalent to two times that of Phase I, which can meet the needs of holding large conventions and exhibitions.

The indoor net conference area of the Convention Center is about 15,000㎡, which can meet the needs of international summits, business conferences, and government affairs meetings;

The business hotel has a total of 450 guest rooms, as well as restaurants, banquet halls, and small meeting/ negotiation rooms.

As a major project to promote the "Two Zones", it will further fill the supply gap of large exhibition venues in Beijing, enhance its support capacity to provide services for large international exhibition events, and help boost Beijing's image and quality.

In terms of architectural shape, it draws on the classic Chinese element of the Palace Museum—glazed tiles, which perfectly blends exquisite and complex traditional elements into the texture of the building, showing the charm of Beijing as the capital. Elegant and dense lines interweave among all exhibition pavilions, implying the linking and sharing of knowledge in such an era of information.

It is worth mentioning that the project focuses on the features and needs of the convention and exhibition center. In terms of design, it fully simulates the actual situation of the flow of visitors, vehicles and exhibits during the exhibition to ensure that the three flow lines do not interfere with each other.
