On March 3, the Words and Forms, Thoughts and Actions — Sino-French Artistic Dialogue Exhibition opened at the China Cultural Center in Paris. Close to 100 guests from various sectors in China and France, including Chen Li, Minister of the Chinese Embassy in France, and Josiane Gaude, First Deputy Mayor of Paris’ 7th Arrondissement, attended the opening ceremony.

The exhibition is jointly presented by Chinese artist Li Zhengtian and French artist Vincent Barré, featuring text-and-image works and sculpture as its primary forms. Wang Meng, Director of the China Cultural Center in Paris, said that the Sino-French Artistic Dialogue initiative continues to serve as a platform for exchange and cooperation between artists from the two countries, promoting deeper dialogue and co-creation in China-France contemporary art.

Since its launch at the China Cultural Center in Paris in 2024, the Sino-French Artistic Dialogue program has held multiple events, bringing together professionals from both countries in the fields of art, film and television, and fashion, and steadily expanding bilateral cooperation in ontemporary art.
