On June 18, Dejan Hristovski, a well-known food blogger from North Macedonia and teacher at Skopje Vocational High School, and Saša Mišić, a food blogger from Serbia, visited Beijing Changping Vocational School for exchanges.

The two bloggers visited the school’s baking training center and the automobile operation and maintenance workshop, and spoke highly of the school’s advanced training facilities and hands-on learning environment for students. At a symposium, relevant officials of the school gave an overview of the school’s history, program development, and achievements in industry-education integration. The two food bloggers showed strong interest in the curriculum design and talent training model of the school’s Chinese and Western culinary arts program, and expressed hope for future cooperation with the school to jointly promote culinary exchanges between China and Europe.

Dejan Hristovski came to China this time to serve as a judge at the Chef of the World 2026. He previously visited China in 2025 for a culinary competition in which he won an award, and has a keen interest in Chinese culture. Skopje Vocational High School is the largest secondary school for vocational education in North Macedonia, mainly training professionals in catering and tourism. It has considerable influence in the hotel and catering industry of North Macedonia.
