To create an internationalized doing business environment, the government service center of the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area recently set up a service window of the "two zones" in the international talent service hall, offering diversified foreign-related services, like financial and taxation services, and consultation and feedback on problems raised by foreign-funded enterprises.
"Financial opening and innovation is an important part in the development of the 'two zones'. Taking this opportunity, the government service center will cooperate with the Bank of China, the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area Branch, providing enterprises with services including the facilitation of foreign exchange for salary payment." The officials from the government service center of the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area said.
After the opening of the "two zones" service window, foreign talents can complete the in-one-go application and submit relevant materials while handling other related business in the international talent service hall. After passing original copy verification and getting into the white list, subsequent processing will not require re-submission of materials, which greatly simplifies the offline processing procedure and saves a lot of time.
In addition, the tax consultation service window for the "two zones" can also provide consultation services and interpretation of policies on income tax of foreign personal, non-residents enjoying tax-treaty benefits, and external payments. The intellectual property service window offers consulting services for PCT international patent application, patent application and IP-related law environment in overseas countries and regions.
