To put into practice the principle of foreign affairs for the people and further raise overseas risk awareness among Beijing residents, the Beijing Foreign Affairs Office recently launches a series of Consular Protection Lectures by experts at Beijing No. 161 High School, Longzeyuan Community, and BAIC International Development Co., Ltd. The activities provided consular protection and overseas safety information tailored to different audiences, including students, community residents, and enterprises engaged in international business, bringing consular protection knowledge straight to the public.
Safeguarding Campus Travel: Preparing Students for Safe Travel Abroad
The lectures focused on real-life scenarios involving summer study tours and studying abroad. Drawing on real-world cases, the experts provided an in-depth analysis of potential risks students may encounter while studying and living overseas, explained emergency response measures, and helped students develop strong safety awareness.

The lectures addressed practical needs related to summer overseas travel and family visits. Experts shared key precautions for overseas travel, with a focus on common issues such as document safekeeping and transportation safety. They also highlighted key safety points and advocated civilized travel.

Empowering Enterprises: Strengthening Safety for Overseas Operations
The lectures emphasized safety management for overseas business operations and employees assigned abroad.
