Award Ceremony
In line with central tasks, this year’s edition featured thematic video creation activities focused on themes such as payment facilitation and visa-free transit policy. Foreign influencers were specially invited to film high-quality short videos in more dynamic and personalized ways, leveraging their international reach to amplify the contest’s influence and visibility. Additionally, innovative communication methods, including AI-powered video creation, were encouraged to showcase Beijing’s unique charm through an AI lens.
A series of short yet exquisite videos, with unique perspectives and creative methods, showcased Beijing’s fashionable allure and dynamics of the era - from mountain biking in Mentougou to the international vibe of the hutongs. Each creator, from international scholars in Huairou Science City to foreign executives exploring the Liangma River, narrates Beijing’s global story through each frame. The 144-hour visa-free transit policy allowed transient visitors to immerse themselves in Beijing’s charm, while the BEIJING PASS convenient payment system made life easier in the city for foreign nationals. Participants capture Beijing’s stories through short videos, highlighting the city’s achievements in improving its role as the center for international exchanges and elevating its international image, all while demonstrating its openness and livability, from a microscopic perspective.
