Currently, the airport is connected to 82 international and regional destinations in 49 countries across five continents, with more than 30 intercontinental routes. The recent preferential visa policies for visitors to China have resulted in a significant surge of foreign arrivals at the airport, with countries such as Spain, Belgium, and Hungary seeing a month-on-month jump of over 100%.

Since the start of this summer flight season, the Beijing Capital International Airport has added and resumed flights with several international destinations, including Seattle, Dublin, São Paulo, Riyadh, Edinburgh, and Havana. The airport has also increased the frequency of flights to Moscow, Barcelona, Berlin, and Stockholm. Currently, there are more than 20 round-trip flights per week between Beijing and European cities such as Frankfurt, Paris, London, and Munich. Additionally, with the increased frequency of flights to destinations like Incheon, Haneda, Kansai, Busan, and Ulaanbaatar, there are now over 50 round-trip flights per week between Beijing and other Asian cities including Seoul, Tokyo, Singapore, and Bangkok.
