Phase II is a comprehensive project that integrates exhibition centers, conference facilities, and hotels. When completed, it will be the largest and best-equipped comprehensive exhibition venue in Beijing. By then, a strong synergy will be formed between the Phase II area and the Phase I and Phase II of the China National Convention Center, with the former focused on various types of professional, international, and emerging exhibitions and the latter prioritizing international, high-end, and large-scale conferences.
Phase II is expected to be completed by the end of this year and the exhibition area is scheduled to be finished by October 31. The venue will start trial operation early next year, with two large exhibitions already confirmed. The first exhibition, covering an area of over 100,000 m2, has been contracted and is scheduled for mid-February 2025; and the first exhibition exceeding 200,000 m2 has also been contracted and is set to be held in early April, 2025.
