On May 25, Changping District signed a cooperation agreement with Zhongguancun Hezhong Angel Investment Union, and the final rounds of the first "China-Russia Youth Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Creativity Competition" in the two fields of medicine and health, and culture, tourism and sports were officially held in Changping. Taking the "China-Russia Scientific and Technological Innovation Year" as an opportunity, the competition is dedicated to precisely aligning Russian and Chinese science and technology innovation resources, promoting youth exchanges and cooperation in various fields. At the same time, Changping District cooperates with Tsinghua University Russian Institute in the introduction of Russian technology and industrial transformation, and strives to maximize the use of the competition results.
It is reported that the competition will begin in August this year, and six major contests (specialized fields) will be set up, including "cyberspace (software-based), IT hard technology (hardware-based), advanced manufacturing, new energy and materials, medicine and health, and culture, tourism and sports", and the selection of projects will be carried out online in China and Russia. The finalists will compete in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province, Qingdao, Shandong Province and Changping, Beijing, respectively, and the winning projects will be selected for the finals during the ZGC Forum in 2021.
