Yin Yong, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee and Mayor of Beijing, returned to Beijing on November 12 after concluding his visits to the UK and Norway. Zeng Jin, Secretary-General of the People’s Government of Beijing Municipality, among other accompanying officials, arrived in Beijing on the same flight.
