Yin Yong, Mayor of Beijing, met with Denis Machuel, CEO of the Adecco Group, on July 7.
Yin Yong stated that, as an international center for science and technology innovation, Beijing boasts innovative advantages such as abundant sci-tech resources and professionals. Currently, Beijing is accelerating the upgrade of its human resources (HR) service industry system to promote high-quality development and striving to become a talent magnet. As a world-renowned HR enterprise, the Adecco Group has established a long-standing partnership with Beijing, yielding positive results. It is expected that the Adecco Group will further leverage its expertise in professional services and extensive client network to provide increased support to Beijing in terms of optimizing talent supply and demand, enhancing HR management capabilities, and attracting international talent. These efforts will contribute to the development of Beijing’s high-end, precision, and cutting-edge industries. Additionally, continuous efforts will be made to optimize Beijing’s business environment to support the Adecco Group in expanding its business presence in the city for further development.
Denis Machuel noted that the Adecco Group is willing to strengthen communication and coordination with Beijing, which enjoys abundant innovation resources and an excellent environment for talent development. The company will leverage its strengths to support Beijing in building a talent hub, providing HR services of higher quality, and enhancing the competitiveness in attracting high-level talent.
