Recently, districts in Beijing have been actively engaging in foreign exchanges and cooperation, including signing Memorandums on Friendly Exchanges, reaching further cooperation intentions, and sharing stories about Chinese modernization. These efforts have facilitated practical cooperation in various fields, serving the high-quality development of the capital.

Fengtai: Signing a Memorandum on Friendly Exchanges with Tsentralny District, Minsk

A delegation from the Tsentralny District of Minsk, Belarus, led by its Deputy Head YAUSEYEU ALIAKSANDR, recently visited the Fengtai Park of Zhongguancun Science Park and Beijing Lize Financial Business District, and held a discussion with relevant departments of Fengtai District.

Following the discussion, a Memorandum on Friendly Exchanges was signed between Fengtai District and the Tsentralny District of Minsk. The two sides agreed to further strengthen exchanges and cooperation in such areas as culture, economy, trade, tourism, and youth exchanges.

Changping: KPBMA visited Zhongguancun Life Science Park

Yoon Sung-tae, Chairman of the Korea Pharmaceutical and Bio-Pharma Manufacturers Association (KPBMA) and Chairman of HUONS, a renowned pharmaceutical and medical device company in Korea, led a delegation to Changping District and visited the Zhongguancun Life Science Park.

The delegation were provided with detailed information about the planning and development of the life science park and were given a briefing on Beijing Northland Biotechnology Co., Ltd., WINNOVA, and Beijing SUPER Investment Group.

Yoon expressed confidence in the Chinese market and pledged to continue investing in Beijing and introducing more new technologies and products to meet market demands. He also expressed plans to expand business layout to integrate into Changping’s overall development and facilitate localized production.

Yanqing: An international academic exchange group visited Jinsu Organic Grape Planting and Picking Base

More than ten professors from countries including Bangladesh, Germany, Indonesia, and Australia recently visited Yanqing District to gain insights into the policies, investments and development related to new agriculture.

This international academic exchange event was organized by Peking University. At the Jinsu Organic Grape Planting and Picking Base, the professors got a thorough understanding of the cooperative’s planning and growth and applauded Yanqing’s achievements in developing the new countryside and new agriculture.
