On March 31st, Beijing High-grade and Advanced Industries Investment Introduction Conference was held in Beijing. About 100 people, from the Embassy of Italy in China, Germany Trade & Invest, and other embassies in China, foreign government representative agencies, the international business associations, and domestic and foreign enterprises, attended the meeting.

The conference focused on the basic situation and promotion path for the construction of "Two Zones" in the city and introduced nine major areas and four major elements of the "Two Zones" construction in Beijing. According to the conference, more than half of the 251 tasks approved by the State Council have been implemented, and 30 national firsts or the first breakthrough policies and projects have been developed, and initial results have been achieved. Next, Beijing will focus on its own strategic positioning as the capital city, adhere to the central role of innovation, and continue to release the "Strong Magnetic Field" effect of institutional innovation. Through increasing policy supply, optimizing the business environment and providing good project services, in accordance with the principle of “leveling the playing field for all”, we strive to provide a good development environment for international and domestic enterprises. The Chinese and foreign guests responded warmly and expressed their readiness to seize the opportunity of "Two Zones" construction in Beijing, invest in Beijing, share new opportunities of open development and to create a future of mutual benefit and win-win outcomes.
