The European, African and Asian Affairs Division is responsible for Beijing's international exchange programs with Europe, Africa, West Asia, Central Asia, and South Asia. It handles matters related to the establishment of sister-city relationships with cities and districts (counties) in these regions and promotes exchanges with them.
