为讲好北京故事、传递北京声音，展示北京高质量发展的重要举措和成效，帮助在京外国机构、外籍人士更好了解北京，读懂北京，市外办翻译中心与北京第二外国语学院中国公共政策翻译研究院联合推出“读懂北京 每日一词”系列，从北京市《政府工作报告》配套名词解释中精心选取37个年度政策热词，并翻译发布权威英文译法

“服务管家”：

Steward services

是指对接企业并提供服务的管家单位。目前已形成三级管家服务机制，市发展改革委负责统筹推进全市重点企业“服务包”制度运行和重大问题协调解决；行业主管部门负责分管领域企业服务工作，协调推进服务事项落实和重大项目落地；市投促中心负责为企业配备“一对一”服务专员，提供日常企业服务。

This is a scheme wherein government departments serve as liaisons with companies, providing targeted support to them. It includes assistance at three levels:

The Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission is responsible for coordinating efforts to deliver the “service packages” for key companies and resolving major issues.

Sectoral regulators provide services to companies in industries under their respective jurisdictions, while also coordinating specific service deliveries and implementation of major projects.

The Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center assigns dedicated personnel to offer one-on-one routine services to companies.
