It is crucial to serve the overall work of the Party and the country and support Beijing in improving its role as the center for international exchanges to see to it that the decisions and deployment of the central authorities on the external work and requirements on foreign affairs work of the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee are fully implemented. To achieve these goals, Yanqing District should focus on such central work, strengthen efforts to incorporate the Five Key Initiatives for development into foreign-related work, and attach importance to the “1+4+1” green industrial system.
