The delegation's visit aims to implement the consensus reached between heads of state of China and Mongolia during their meeting last November on building a China-Mongolia community with a shared future, and set an example for sub-national interactions and closer cooperation in various fields. Going forward, the Beijing Foreign Affairs Office will make coordinated efforts to promote relations between the capital and its sister cities, pool high-end international resources, and turn such relations into a powerful source for Beijing's high-level opening-up and high-quality development.
